Last Updated: July 2026Welcome to MCR Engine. By accessing our platform, utilizing our automated communications routing systems, or activating a sandbox demonstration, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.1. Nature of Service
MCR Engine provides business-to-business (B2B) communications automation, automated missed-call text routing, and triage simulation software designed specifically for home service contractors.2. Subscription Tiers, Territory Reservation, and ActivationImmediate Territory Locking: Upon successful payment processing of your initial activation fee or annual package, your selected geographic territory is instantly claimed, allocated, and permanently removed from our public marketplace. No competing contractors can provision accounts within your locked boundaries while your account remains in good standing.Provisioning & Delivery: Following checkout, MCR Engine immediately initiates the digital procurement and technical configuration of your dedicated telephone routing architecture and localized or toll-free infrastructure.Deferred Service Cycle: To ensure maximum value, your official active service cycle (whether on a monthly or annual billing plan) does not begin at checkout. Your official service clock will commence exclusively on the date your dedicated routing numbers receive formal telecom carrier approval and your platform routing configuration goes live.3. Refund and Cancellation PolicyAll Sales Are Final: Due to the immediate, permanent reservation of limited market territories and the upfront software provisioning and telecom carrier resources allocated on Day 1, MCR Engine operates under a strict No Refund Policy. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial terms or unused platform deployment.Cancellation: You may cancel your platform subscription renewal at any time via your user dashboard or by contacting customer support. Cancellations must be submitted prior to your scheduled renewal date to prevent the next cycle's automated billing.4. Late Payments, Failed Billing, and Territory ForfeitureGrace Period: In the event that a subscription renewal transaction fails due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or outdated billing details, MCR Engine provides a standard 3-day grace period to update billing information via your secure payment portal.Service Suspension: If payment is not successfully recovered by the conclusion of the 3-day grace period, all active call-routing streams, software integrations, and platform access will be immediately suspended.Permanent Territory Forfeiture: Because market territories are strictly exclusive and deeply finite, continued non-payment extending to day 5 will result in the immediate termination of your contract and permanent forfeiture of your locked territory. MCR Engine reserves the absolute right to release the territory back into the public marketplace or provision it to a competing contractor immediately upon termination.5. Messaging Compliance and Acceptable UseUsers of MCR Engine explicitly agree to comply with all relevant telecom regulations, including TCPA and CTIA guidelines. You certify that you will not utilize our routing architecture for unsolicited spam, deceptive outbound practices, or any message transmissions that violate standard carrier compliance frameworks.6. SMS Consent and Verbal Opt-In Protocol
MCR Engine provisions interactive B2B demonstration lines to simulate automated triage systems. Consent to receive automated transactional text summaries or system layout links is gathered exclusively via an interactive voice response (IVR) menu during a voluntary telephone call. Callers must explicitly grant verbal consent or input a specific keypad selection to initiate an outbound SMS delivery. Message and data rates may apply.
